Eligibility
In keeping with the spirit of a vintage car rally, the eligibility model year requirement is 1973 and older. Cars newer than 1973 cannot be substituted for any reason even after the rally begins. All cars are subject to the same standards for admission and acceptance and all participants will be given the same opportunity to drive an available new Bell Lexus should mechanical difficulties arise after the start of the rally.

Entry Fee
The entry fee for the 2010 Bell Lexus Copperstate 1000 is $5,550 and includes all meals and double occupancy lodging for the driver and co-driver starting from the Drivers’ Dinner on Saturday evening, April 10, 2010 through the Awards Dinner and overnight stay on Wednesday, April 14, 2010.

Application Instructions
All applications must be filled out and submitted online. The deadline for submitting an application is January 31. Once your online application has been completed and submitted, you will receive an email confirmation indicating we have successfully received your application. The email will also contain a document that you and your co-driver must sign and return with your deposit check and proof of insurance. Applications will not be considered complete, and therefore ineligible for consideration, until the deposit check, proof of insurance and signed document has been received. Once you submit your application, you cannot make any changes to it. To make changes after you have submitted your application, please email Kelly.Whitton@phxart.org.
