Eligibility
In keeping with the spirit of a vintage car rally, the eligibility model year requirement is 1973 and older. Cars newer than 1973 cannot be substituted for any reason even after the rally begins. All cars are subject to the same standards for admission and acceptance.

Entry Fee
The entry fee for the 2012 Bell Lexus Copperstate 1000 is $5,800 and includes all meals and double occupancy lodging for the driver and co-driver starting from the Drivers’ Dinner on Saturday evening, April 14, 2012 through the Awards Dinner and overnight stay on Wednesday, April 18, 2012.

Application Instructions
All applications must be filled out and submitted online. The deadline for submitting an application is January 31. Once your online application has been completed and submitted, you will receive an email confirmation indicating we have successfully received your application. The email will also contain a document that you must sign and return with your deposit check. Applications will not be considered complete, and therefore ineligible for consideration, until the deposit check, and signed document has been received. Once you submit your application, you cannot make any changes to it. To make changes after you have submitted your application, please email Kelly.Whitton@phxart.org.
